A track running across the Northern boundary of each lot is found on Letchford Rd and is a reasonable 4WD track in the Dry Season.
But more challenging in the Wet Season, and often impassable.

They have attractive permanent water courses on them - running in the Wet and standing water in the Dry Season.

Section 909 - Off Spencer Rd - 129.6ha/320 acres.
Section 910 - Off Spencer Rd - 129.6ha/320 acres.

These adjoining sections are accessed from a gazetted road - 20m wide - found at the end of Spencer Rd.

This a 4WD track only.

At the end of Spencer Rd, turn right (North).

Proceed for 1.6km, heading North, to reach the bottom SE corner of Sec 909.
There is a deep creek crossing at around 700m.

These lots can also be accessed from the Litchfield Park Rd - 4WD track only.

This land adjoins the area known locally as Wild Horse Plains.

Technically, access is available along those 20m wide road reserves as shown on the maps - but in reality, they can be overgrown bush tracks - or have wet season waterways across them.
